Customer Cancellation

As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Order.

Customer can cancel orders only in case of not serving products or service within 5 hours.

EaTak reserves the right to deny any refund to Buyer if not serving products or service.

Refunds

As a general rule EaTake does not refund customer order amount.

Customer can request to refund the order amount incase of:

• Not serving products or service from merchant after acknowlegement to EaTake. It's our final refund policy to refund order amount. Refund duration will be 7 days from refund confirmation date by customer.
• Order date and refund confirmation date will be consider for 7 days. After 7 days, EaTake will not responsible to refund the order amount.
